How big of tires can I get for my 05 Ford Ranger? - bogging tires

I have a 05 4.0L 5speed with a 3 "lift. Might well the issues of regulation and increased tire to save here?" I am very concerned that the truck is bogged down by extra weight, but who does not believe a big problem, because I have a dual-out Flowmaster. What do you think? Oh, and I have 3.55 or 4.10 in the gearbox is not 100%.
