I fractured my ankle today and it is currently in a splint. Everytime I get up to go to the bathroom, it hurts? - ankle splint
I lifted my ankle and when I put my crutches to go to the toilet more than to sit back, it throbs with pain and not knowing what to do to stop it. How can I get a shower and wash myself?

Believe me, I broke my ankle 2 in two years. Getting the right than the left! It hurts and will hurt you need painkillers! Hold it high heat and ice! You need to get a folding chair and sit in the tub and put ur party the curtain! or a bag over her! if it only remove a rail, and the wash ur leg but can put weight on it! i hope u heal fast good luck and take care!
