What can you tell me about caring for rabbits? - caring for rabbits

I live in a small 1-bedroom apartment for me. I am not allowed to keep dogs or cats may I animals have smaller errors. So, I'm thinking about buying a rabbit. I would go home rather than in a cage so that the whole day. (I'm not home from work until about 6 on most nights.) I did research on the care of rabbits, but I would know someone who has something. What are the pros and cons? Any tips? What should you avoid? Your contribution is greatly appreciated. Thank you!
